Unit is downstairs when you enter the house. It is not a completely closed off entrance. when you enter the unit you will see the upstairs residents sometimes. They are very friendly. The unit DOES NOT have its own thermostat but remains within reasonable temperatures in the summer (due to its spot in the basement) and a space heater is available for winter months.

You'll have access to the entire apartment.
