The house is the downstairs unit of a 3 unit house that was built in 1906. In 2022 everything down to the studs and redone. Including all joists/flooring/drywall/paint/electrical/plumbing/AC and heat.

Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and serving meals. Blender, air fryer, etc.

Multiple blankets, sheets, and towels are available in the unit.

Washer and Dryer are downstairs in the basement which you have to go outside to access, It is cleaned/swept and wiped down every cleaning period.

Noise from upstairs and adjacent unit is mild but noticeable. During renovations noise dampening systems/products were installed.
