Welcome to our Belmont cottage, a newly renovated, bright and airy 2 bedroom, 2 bath home available for mid to long term stays. Located on a peaceful oak tree-lined road, you will feel like you are away from it all while still remaining close to amenities. We are a 1 mile walk to downtown Belmont and 1/2 mile to the river, and a short drive to CLT airport and Uptown. Sleeps up to 4 with a queen bed in the master and a full bed in the 2nd bedroom. An airbed is also available.

Make yourself at home in a newly renovated, modern space, including a 55-inch smart tv, Bluetooth speaker with smart capabilities, separate dining area and kitchen with counter seating, featuring new appliances and quality furnishings. Two bedrooms are available, each with its own walk-in closet and full bathroom. For those who work remotely, a desk is located in the front bedroom, and the house includes AT&T fiber optic internet with approximately 400 Mbps download/upload WiFi speeds. A washer and dryer are provided. The back deck has a Weber grill and outdoor furniture allowing for an evening of grilling and relaxing.

Professional cleaning is included at the end of your stay. Additional cleans may be requested at the guest’s expense.
