2 Bedroom Apartment Fully Furnished in plymouth

The apartment is the upstairs unit of a 3 unit house that was built in 1906. In 2022 all joists/flooring/drywall/paint/electrical/plumbing/AC and heat were redone.

Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and serving meals. Blender, air fryer, etc.

Multiple blankets, sheets, and towels are available in the unit.

Washer and Dryer are downstairs in the basement which you have to go outside to access, It is cleaned/swept and wiped down every cleaning period. But it does get dusty and it is a 6-7 ft ceiling at points.

Ceilings are 6 3/4" in the living room at points and 7 feet in the kitchen!

Noise from downstairs unit is mild but noticeable. During renovations installed a couple of noise dampening systems/products.
