This fully furnished house features an open plan and designer lighting, with new beds, new mattresses and sheets. A starter set of personal and household supplies will be provided with every stay.

The living room features a 70" smart TV, as well as a CB2 3 seater sofa, jute rugs, and a pair of Bertoia-style mid century modern metal chairs, with throw pillows with a cowboy motif. There is plenty of storage in the living room via the white cabinets.

The dining room easily seats 8 and features vintage Thonet chairs mixed with Anthropologie dining armchairs, and an 8-seater dining table from Crate and Barrel. A multi-tiered teardrop glass chandelier with hangs over the room.

The kitchen is fully outfitted with plates, flatware, serving bowls, glasses, wine glasses, mugs, placemats. Cook with Infinite Circulon pots and pans, knives, as well as glass baking dishes, cookie sheets, and mixing bowls. A full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, French press, toaster oven, and electric kettle are provided as well.

The master bedroom features two tall dressers with large art above, as well as new 100% cotton striped sheets to match the beige upholstered headboard. The master closet has plenty of hanging space as well as a wall of shelves for even more storage. A Design Within Reach paper lantern hangs in the ceiling, providing calm lighting.

Bedroom 3 has a brand new queen bed, Componibili nightstands, new mattress, and new sheets. It includes two dressers as well as a closet with multi-level hanging options.

Bathroom 2 features a Tom Dixon light fixture, brass hardware, a bathtub, and hand applied plaster finishes on the walls and floors.

The laundry closet features large capacity washer and dryer.

The foyer includes a bubble chandelier from Pottery Barn, a large full size mirror, shoe storage, and large industrial style metal hanging rack from the European brand, Hem.

The backyard includes a putting green with 4 holes, a fire pit (Solo Stove), and seating. Flags will be provided for the putting green.

Security features include: exterior cameras, keypad locks. The 2 car garage has a NEMA outlet for EV charging.

For traveling performers and musicians, the home can be furnished with a quality piano for a minimal fee.
