Very central location! The neighborhood is located within a 5 minute drive of FSU and 2 minute drive to many local restaurants and grocery stores including Target and Publix. Less than 10 minutes to downtown and our beautiful Cascades Park.

The neighborhood is very quiet and surrounded by nature to give it a very green feel. The area is very rich with diversity. Because of its proximity to the Universities, many people have lived around this area while attending college. Some have lived their whole lives here and others come and go for work. Everyone here is very respectful of your privacy as well as friendly and welcoming.

Tallahassee might be a smaller city but we do know how to have fun without the long traffic that most big cities provide. Come watch a football game, go take a stroll at the newly built Cascades Park, immerse yourself in the local food scene, go attend a First Friday Festival by Railroad Square and see the works of many talented local artists.
