My husband and I have absolutely loved our Brookfield home and community for over 10 years, but we are currently living out of state and are happy to open our home to individuals who are in need to temporary housing in the brookfield area. Our house is fully furnished, and we seek to provide everything tenants need tofeel at home during their stay.

Our 1800 sq ft home features a large and sunny eat-in kitchen with a double pantry and a corner table with bench-style seating that comfortable seats 6 adults. It also includes a large living room / dining room combo with bay windows at each end. All kitchen essentials included. Hardwood floors throughout, except for the carpeted master bedroom and ceramic tile kitchen.

Originally a 4-bedroom house, we converted one of the bedrooms to a walk-in closet that is ample for numerous tenants. Two of the three bedrooms include built-in office space, and the master bedroom has a king-sized bed with an attached half-bath that is accessible from both the bedroom and the hallway.

The full bath features a double vanity and a shower / bathtub with a glass shower door. Laundry is conveniently located in the basement, which also includes ample storage.

In the warmer months, enjoy the large deck and fenced-in backyard, complete with a swinging chair, outdoor dining set, and grill!
