Noise Policy:
Quiet neighborhood with NoiseAware monitoring (noise and occupancy only; no audio recording).
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM 8:00 AM.
No parties, gatherings, or amplified sound at any time.
Zero tolerance for noise complaints.

Guests & Visitors:
All visitors must be approved in advance.
Unauthorized guests or visitors: $250 per person fee.
No events or gatherings.

Pets:
Up to 2 dogs is allowed
There is a $100 fee per pet
There is a $650 cleaning fee after each stay
Unauthorized pets: $250 per pet plus cleaning fees.
Property may contain pet allergens from prior service animals.

Smoking:
No smoking anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors). Smoking must occur off-property.
Violation may result in up to a $2,000 remediation fee.

Damage & Property Use:
Guests must report all damage before check-out.
Guests are responsible for damage not covered by the damage waiver.
Do not remove furnishings, linens, or household items.
Excessive cleaning, missing, or damaged items will be charged.
