On the main floor, you'll find two smaller bedrooms with Twin XL beds, as well as a bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

Outside, you'll love the fenced backyard, perfect for pets or a quiet outdoor retreat.

Other amenities include a washer and dryer in the basement, a Simplisafe alarm system with exterior security cameras, and steam radiator heating throughout the home. In the summer, window A/C units will be installed to keep you cool.

Although recently renovated, this home is over 100 years old. Please note that the property is not recommended for those with mobility issues, as there are steep staircases and a few steps required to enter the home. Additionally, due to the original steam radiators, steep staircases, and lack of bathtub, this property is not recommended for young children.

Lease Length: 1-9 months, negotiable. Maximum occupancy 4 people.

Criteria: Online application, income verification, background/credit check (soft pull) and lease required. Income requirements may be waived for traveling healthcare professionals with valid proof of contract.

There will be a $20 application fee charge for each applicant over the age of 18.
