🛁 Bathroom Note – This tiny home has 1 bathroom with a tub/shower combo, stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash & a hair dryer! Please note: the bathroom is accessed by walking through 2 rooms, and there’s lower ceiling clearance in some areas.

To access the one bathroom, you'll need to walk through 2 bedrooms. This home was built in the 1950s and the layout is peculiar for the bathroom. Not usually a problem for families or close friends, but we want to be transparent so there are no surprises.

🧼 Mid-Stay Cleaning required for 7+ night bookings (same as standard cleaning fee, handled after booking)
🐾 Pet Fee – $120/stay per pet (max 2). Second pet fee collected separately via Airbnb's Resolution Center.
