Location: This property is very convenient to the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. The Shaw Metro station is 3 blocks to the apartment and the largest grocery store in DC (Giant Foods) is about a 10-15 minutes walk on P and 8th street. This unit has a walk score of 92 and a transit score of 82!!

The House: This is a large remodeled house with four bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have king beds and the smaller bedroom has a trundle bed with two twin beds. There are 3 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and the second full bath is for the other bedrooms upstairs. There is a full bath on the first floor as well. This house has a modern kitchen with high end stainless steel appliances, and a large dining room. This house is newly renovated with an open floor plan. The living room has pocket doors allowing you to close off the room, converting it to a private bedroom with a convertible sofa bed. The full bathroom is just a few steps away from the living room and has doors opening to both the dining room and the hallway. There is a separate two bedroom ground level apartment (no stairs) with its own kitchen and a full bath. The ground level apartment sleeps six people, which is rented separately, but could be rented together with the upstairs unit adding to the capacity of the house.
