You will really love this place! We are walking distance to all the new funs spots in LA at the brand new Hollywood Park!!! SoFi Rams/Charger Stadium, The Forum, Intuit Clippers Dome, YouTube Performance Venue, and more.

There is so much diversity and rich culture in Inglewood and it is centrally located to just about everything in Los Angeles.

This listing is for the entire property: a single-family residence with three bedrooms and one large bathroom plus a studio adjacent with private bath.

The space
The house has a large living room, a family room, a big kitchen and dining area, and a very large patio. We have laundry facilities and a recently renovated bathroom that has both shower and deep soaking tub.

We live in a safe and great location. We are walking distance to the SoFi Stadium, Clippers Stadium and The Forum and we are about 10-15 minutes from LAX and 20 minutes to beach, DTLA.

This is a nice, spacious home, great for a large family or group vacation. There are two bedrooms which each have a queen bed and one bedroom with a king bed. In addition, if you have a large group, you could sleep folks on the couch or on our king-sized or twin-sized air mattresses in the front living room.

This listing also includes access to the studio apartment on the property (accessible from the interior of the house). It has a large studio inclusive of a kitchenette and living space as well as a private bathroom. There is private entrance and access to the backyard from the room.

Our house is very welcoming and warm. Home is inclusive to all and LGBTQ friendly!

This home is truly a little paradise... an escape from the craziness of Los Angeles and big city. It is quiet, quaint, and peaceful. Sitting in the living room in the hammock chair, with the open French doors, and the fresh air breeze, is one of the best feelings ever!

I also LOVE to help people get around and plan their visits to LA so I'm basically like a free concierge service. If you need help with suggestions on a road trip or where to visit just let me know and I'm happy to help you.

Are you moving to LA and need guidance on where to live? What neighborhoods are good to explore and which should you stay away from? I'm more than happy to help!

We are a kid-friendly and pet-friendly home. We have tons of baby and kids equipment and toys. High chair, booster seat, splash pad, baby toys, toddler toys, kid toys, books for all ages, etc. Let us know the ages and we can put age-appropriate toys/books in the house before you arrive. We also have plenty of outdoor playthings for kids and adults... bucket ball, sidewalk chalk, basketball, saucer swing, paddle ball.

For family fun we have jigsaw puzzles, family games (apples to apples, taboo, outburst, UNO, playing cards, Yahtzee, cribbage, and more.

Guest access
Public transit isn't fantastic in LA in general, but there are several public buses that pass by the streets near our house and you can get around on public transit, if needed (primarily on Crenshaw or Century). Most people tend to take ride shares like Uber or Lyft which are very easy to come by in this neighborhood and, depending on the time, somewhat affordable.

Guests can park in the driveway if a spot is available. It is first come, first serve each day when you arrive home. There is plenty of free street parking; just look out for street sweeping days so you don't get a ticket.

Other things to note
The house is equipped with everything you could need: a fully functioning kitchen (pots/pans/dishes/utensils), living room (projector/Hulu/AmazonPrime/Netflix/Disney+), Patio (hammock, saucer swing), Laundry (washer/dryer), Beach Stuff (towels, chairs, toys, etc), Groups (folding tables, folding chairs, air mattresses), Babies/Kids (crib, high chair, booster, baby/kid toys, baby/kid books, coloring, kid/family/adult games, etc. Most can be provided upon request.

We are 10-15 minute drive from LAX Airport. That also means you can hear airplanes overhead occasionally. You can read reviews and see that most guests are not bothered by the airplanes. Those who live here do not notice them at all. But if you're a sensitive sleeper this might be something you want to consider. We do have a sound machine (noise cancelling) and ear plugs available for those who request it.

PETS
We only allow friendly pets in the house (please no cats). Please do not bring your pet if it is aggressive or overly anxious around people or other animals. Guests with loud/disruptive/aggressive animals might be asked to leave (without a refund) for the safety and comfort of other guests and neighbors.

Please make sure you clean up after your pets both inside and outside the house. Do not leave your pet unattended in the house. If you leave, please make sure your pet is secure in the house or in the backyard and will not disturb other guests or neighbors (barking) in your absence. You are responsible for any damage your pet might cause.

PARKING
There is plenty of street parking available just in front of the house. Please read signs for street sweeping days so you don’t get a ticket. If there is a vacant space on the driveway you are welcome to park there; it's first-come, first-serve.
