POLICIES & RULES:

1. Only Registered guest can enter the property and stay during the terms contract signed.
2. No Party, or Host any event.
3. No Loud Music and turn loud TV or stereo.
4. No Drug or smoking or vaping within premises.
5. Take out trash to the trash bin at the back alley. TRASH PICK UP EVERY WEDNESDAY MORNING BY 7AM-10:00am.
6. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM (including .common areas like kitchen, laundry and bathroom.)
7. Per Pet Security Deposit $250 for Per Stay.
8. Refundable Security Deposit is half of monthly rent.
