Welcome to our charming bright-blue duplex at the base of Santa Barbara’s iconic Riviera! This historic home is full of character, blending vintage touches with modern comforts to create a truly special place to experience Santa Barbara. Whether you’re relaxing after a day of exploring or working remotely, the space offers the perfect balance of comfort and functionality. One side of the duplex is completely yours, with shared access to the spacious front deck and backyard — perfect for soaking up the sunshine or grilling under the shade.

Stairs are required to access the front door from the street level. Once inside, you’ll find a warm and inviting space where old charm meets thoughtful, modern updates. The kitchen is a highlight, featuring a retro-style fridge, a beautiful Viking stove, and all the tools and supplies you need to prepare a home-cooked meal. Coffee lovers will appreciate the Nespresso machine, French press, and Italian moka pot. In the living room, unwind with a new 55" Samsung Smart TV with cable or cozy up by the gas fireplace. A convenient half bath and in-unit washer and dryer complete the main level.

Upstairs, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms — one with a queen bed and the other with a full bed — each offering desks for work or writing and bookshelves to inspire a quiet evening in. Best of all, you’ll wake up to ocean views right from your window! A full bathroom with a modern shower is also located upstairs. We provide starter essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, and toilet paper, plus supplies like a vacuum and other cleaning basics for your extended stay. All utilities and fast WiFi are included.

Outside, the sunny, south-facing front deck and backyard are shared spaces but still feel wonderfully private. You’re welcome to enjoy these outdoor areas, whether you’re sipping your morning coffee on the deck or firing up the charcoal grill or Green Egg smoker for a laid-back summer dinner. Our gardener visits every Tuesday to keep the outdoor spaces tidy and looking their best, so you can relax and enjoy them without a worry.

The location puts you within easy walking distance of downtown Santa Barbara and nearby parks, so you can explore the best of the city without needing your car.
