Kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, tea kettle, pts and pans, dishes and silverware. It has a full sized refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave.
The front sitting porch provides a great spot for morning coffee, evening cocktail or smoking (should you do this). We allow a single pet (small dog). No cats due to leather couch in unit.
Parking offstreet behind the unit. There is an EV charging plug for level 2 or 1 at the parking space. A second car in the back can park as well further away from the back door.
Keypad access from the front. Keyed in the back.
