Small bedroom has 1 twin bunk bed.
Maximum 6 occupants short term, 5 mid term, 4 long term stay.
Rooftop has capital view, city view, barbecues, dining tables, dining chairs, lounge chairs...Street residential zoned permit parking or guest parking. Garage has bike storage.
