This is a 2 levels of guest suite located inside the 3 levels townhome customized for corporate housing and temporary extended stay, has 3 bedrooms/2 full bathrooms, with 2 kitchenets, has own laundry room. newly upgraded all stainless steel kitchenette and laundry appliances.
lock on guest suite entrance door and on each bedroom. This guest suite share the main entrance of the townhome with main level studio guest suite.
This guest consists 2 guest suites, one on 3rd level, one on 2nd level, does not have main kitchen and living room.
3rd level guest suite is 1 bedroom/1bathroom master guest suite, lock on guest suite entrance door, private kitchenette inside the guest suite. laundry outside the guest suite in the hallway.
2nd level guest suite is 2bedrooms/1bathroom guest suite. lock on each bedroom door. each bedroom has own in room kitchenette.
This guest suite has 1 full size frig, 2 mini frig. 2 range hoods, 3 microwaves, 3 countertop ovens, 4 induction cooktops, sink, dish washer, stainless steel countertops, prep shelves, TVs...washer, dryer...
Must climb stairs. not suitable for large family with small children needs cook intensively on daily basis since there is no stove in this guest suite.
Maximum occupancy is 6 for short term to mid term, and long term 4-5 best.
3rd floor master suite has cal king bed, 2nd floor has twin xl beds, max 2 per bedroom in 2nd floor guest suite. only small children can have 3 in bedroom 2.
Free parking, tennis court, gazebo, picnic tables and chairs, kids playground...
Very quiet, peaceful area. across street is Claude Moor Park which has swimming pools, and indoor gym, outdoor park and sports complex.
