🏠 PROPERTY INFORMATION

This is a private main-floor unit within a well-maintained 3-unit residential property.

The unit is completely self-contained and includes its own private living space, kitchen, bathroom and in-suite laundry.

The main-floor unit has its own separate private entrance and provides a comfortable and private living space.

A shared garage/storage area is also available for additional storage, subject to reasonable shared-use arrangements.

The other two units in the property are separately occupied by other tenants.

Please note that this is a multi-unit residential property, so guests/tenants should be comfortable staying in a property where other tenants occupy the other two separate units.

Two parking spaces are allocated to the unit. Due to the driveway layout, vehicles are parked one behind the other (tandem) within the designated parking area.
