🏠 PROPERTY INFORMATION

This is a private lower-level unit within a well-maintained 3-unit residential property.

The unit is completely self-contained and includes its own private living space, kitchen, bathroom and in-suite laundry.

The lower unit has its own private entrance. The side entrance and a short entry hallway are shared access areas for the property.

A shared garage/storage area is also available for additional storage, subject to reasonable shared-use arrangements.

The other two units in the property are separately occupied by other tenants.

Two parking spaces are allocated to the unit. Due to the driveway layout, vehicles are parked one behind the other (tandem) within the designated parking area.
