The space
Large en-suite master, plus two bedrooms and beautiful office space with balcony. Enter the property into the quiet and relaxing living room and oversized pub table--perfect for gathering family and friends for a puzzle or enjoy the bright dining area that spills into the kitchen on one side and the cozy and bright family room with a gas fireplace on the other. New carpet, new refrigerator, beautifully finished garage (check the cabinets for games and puzzles) with pool table, BBQ on the patio, all new beds and sofas. All other appliances are less than 10 years old. Close to Melinda Heights elementary school and Altisima Park.

Guest access
Parking for two cars in the driveway, and additional parking in the cul-de-sac. Very quiet location--no traffic noise. Neighborhood kids play in the cul-de-sac after school and on weekends. Drive slowly when approaching and leaving the property. A trailhead is steps away from the front door leading to O'Neill Regional Park in the Cleveland National Forest. You can even hike to a cantina for some tasty neighborhood Mexican food! If you're lucky, you may see some of the locals--the area is populated with long-time residents including mule deer, coyotes, bobcats, mountain lions, rattlesnakes, gray fox, ringtail cat, desert cottontails, and even the endangered gnatcatcher. They mostly stay out of site but on rare occasions, there have been sightings of many of these species.

Other things to note
Landscapers visit weekly on Tuesday mornings to keep the outside of the property well-manicured, and a trash valet will bring the waste receptacles to the street on Tuesday evenings and back up to the property on Wednesday evenings.

Occasionally landscapers for the larger community will clear brush on the hills outside of our property, so on rare occasions guests may see/hear activity on the hillside.
