We are a luxury 3 bed/ 2.5 bath home just southwest of Atlanta. The home is located in a small HOA community 2-3 minutes to shopping, restaurants, and the Wellstar Cobb Hospital. The home is perfectly situated and near major cities - Mableton (5 minutes), Smyrna (15 minutes), Marietta (16 minutes), and College Park/Atlanta Airport (30 minutes). The home comfortably sleeps 6 people and is perfect for the professional or family (including babies and kids). On the main level of the home, is the family room/dining room combo that leads into the kitchen with onsite laundry and half bath. On the second level of the home, there are three bedrooms and two full-size bathrooms - Master Bedroom w/ Ensuite, Queen Guest Bedroom w/ Desk, and Trundle Daybed Guest Room. There is also a changing table, mobile pack n' play, as well as toys tucked away for the little one(s).
