Not to be outdone by the main floor, our basement is the secret highlight of the house with an entertaining area along with a work area featuring two full standing-desk, dual-monitor setups with docks, keyboards, mouses, and comfy office chairs! And to top it all off, relax or entertain in our back yard where we have a propane grill, a patio sitting area, string lights, a fire pit, and plenty of seating! With plenty of off-street parking, including space for a couple cars in our driveway, and also ample free street parking, this is the perfect spot for any gathering or extended getaway!

The basement, down a full flight of stairs, features the workspace area with two standing desk setups, a separate entertaining / TV area, another bedroom, and the laundry room.
