**Inflatable Projector Screen: Please request this amenity at least 48 hours before your stay. Availability isn't guaranteed for requests made later. Self-setup is quick and easy, or we can set it up for you for a $15 setup fee. Please note that the screen is not set up upon arrival due to changing weather conditions. Let us know if you'd like to use it and whether you prefer self-setup or our setup service.

Surveillance cameras located at back yard at the patio dining area toward the pool and toward the fence for safety and liabity.

*Guest with Pets:
We allow up to 2 pets per booking. We do charge a deep cleaning fee to keep our home allergen free through the resolution center. It's a flat fee of $150. Pets are NOT allowed on furnitures. Pets are not allowed to pee/poop on the turf in the backyard. We will charge you extra if we see any feces in the yard or stain/odor on furnitures. When you do walk your dog, please be respectful of the beautiful neighborhood and pick up after your little furry ones!

Propane tank: we provide 2 empty propane tanks for guest use. If you'd like us to have the propane tanks refilled before your stay, please submit your request at least 48 hours in advance. A refill service fee of $30 per tank will apply and will be collected prior to your arrival.
