This is a spacious one-bedroom and one-bathroom home with a never ending view of San Diego.

The bedroom has a walk-in closet, dresser and a king-size bed.

The home has a fully stocked kitchen with pretty much everything you'll need to stay for awhile.

The living room has a smart TV with Hulu, ESPN+ and Disney+.
Guest access
You'll have access to everything you see in the photos! Every corner of this home has been thoughtfully designed to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.

On the morning of your check-in, you will receive an email containing the lock box code and any other relevant details for a smooth and hassle-free entry.

Please note that the property has another home in the front of the parcel that is rented out separately. The driveway is shared by both units.
Other things to note
This home is available for stays longer than 28 days but only with approval. Please submit an inquiry but do not instant-book this home for longer than 28 days.

Please be aware of the potential for noise from the nearby airport, since the home is within the flight path and close to the highway. Noise is muted when all windows and doors are closed, but can certainly be heard when outside.

The property has another home in the front of the parcel that is rented out separately, please reach out if you'd like to rent them all together

Kindly be aware that the home is on the older side, and want to be as forthcoming as possible regarding that.

Guests will need to walk up a set of stairs to enter the home.

As your host, I prioritize the enjoyment of your stay while also respecting the safety and comfort of our neighbors and community. Before confirming your reservation, please review the following list of property rules:

GUEST
• For security purposes, guests who wish to make a reservation must have a completed profile on the booking platform, including a clear photograph of your face (so we know the person booking is in fact the person checking in).
• You must be at least 25 years old to reserve our property.
• Check-in is 4PM or later. Check-in instructions will be sent via email the morning of your stay
• No illegal activity or illicit substances are permitted on the premises: Doing either will result in eviction from the property, and may also result in law enforcement involvement.

PETS
• Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at the property.

DAMAGE
• We understand accidents happen. In the event of damage occurring at the property, we require that all guests report any and all damage during their stay, prior to check-out.

SMOKING
• Our property is 100% smoke free; including both private and communal areas, the unit itself and any other public areas within the building and the communal property regardless of whether inside or out. You must be totally off of the premises and on public property to smoke. If you're a regular smoker and feel you'll have a hard time following this rule we kindly suggest you look into another property. Evidence of smoking will result in a complete forfeiture of your security deposit. Smoke remediation is extremely expensive (+$750) and you will be held responsible. This goes for cannabis as well. Please just don't do it!

EVENTS & GATHERINGS
• We have a zero-tolerance policy for noise complaints, parties or gatherings of any sort. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. QUIET HOURS are daily from 10PM-8AM.

SECURITY
• This property has video surveillance in outdoor public areas to ensure the safety and security of all guests. Additionally, this property may also use Noise Aware technology to ensure that noise does not exceed a specified decibel level and will disturb our neighbors.

VISITORS
• We ask that all guests let us know in advance if they plan on having any visitors during their stay. You may not have additional guests unless previously authorized by the host.

FILMING & PHOTO SHOOTS
• If you or your company are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music video or photo/film shoots of any kind, please contact us via the message portion of the site to discuss details, approvals, pricing, etc.

PLEASE NOTE
• Guest agrees to hold the Host harmless against any and all loss, claims, causes of action, demands and/or costs and expenses that may be incurred by the guests in relation to the unit rental. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Subletting the property is strictly prohibited.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
• We highly recommend our guests purchase travel insurance to protect them against any issues that would cause a guest to have to cancel their trip. Explore options on your booking platform or booking with a credit card that has such protections.
