Barefoot Cottage

Welcome to the Barefoot Cottage located on the Chesapeake Bay area of Ocean View in Norfolk, VA. This cottage is a unique relaxing retreat right on the sand dunes of Chesapeake Bay. You will have a private parking space just outside your door, which is set back by the beach away from the main roads. The cottage has a private beach entrance and a patio with breathtaking panoramic Chesapeake Bay views. You will have your own personal seats to the spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Barefoot Cottage is locally owned and operated and offers unparalleled personal service.

This waterfront cottage has two bedrooms and sleeps four guests. The large lower deck area has room for several people to relax with direct sunlight during the day and shade in the afternoons for outdoor dining. The upper outdoor natural deck area (extension of sand dune) is a great spot to lay out and view the water while still being a few feet from home base. There are no commercial buildings near by, which allows guests an ample amount of privacy.

Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance and the grocery stores are only a short drive away for your convenience. Guests have a grill at their disposal on the back deck (gas included).
