This beautiful, fully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home for max 5 guests is perfect for travel nurses, healthcare professionals, and business travelers seeking comfort, style, and convenience for a mid-term stay. In the master bedroom, you can relax in a comfortable queen-size bed with a new 12" thick memory foam mattress, bedside tables, plus the ease of a walk-in closet. The en-suite bathroom has a double-sink vanity, a shower/tub combo, and a toilet.

Two additional bedrooms each is thoughtfully furnished with twin-size beds, bedside table, desk lamp, and floor lamp. All bedrooms have darkening curtains that block sunlight so you can enjoy a sound sleep even in daytime.

Kitchen has been remodeled with beautiful granite countertop, new dishwasher, new stainless steel range hood, microwave, refrigerator, and a spacious pantry. Fully stocked with cookware and essentials, making meal prep easy and enjoyable. A round dining table is placed in Kitchen for convenience.

Living Room has stylish and functional glass table, table lamp, and comfortable chairs, perfect for relaxing or reading. A dining room features a formal dining table with seating for four.

In family room, enjoy cozy evenings by the wood-burning fireplace, and relax on the luxurious leather reclining sofa. The sofa features an easy-to-use button for reclining, ideal for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. A TV is connected to an internet provider, with streaming services and high-speed internet for your convenience.

Laundry room equipped with Whirlpool washer and dryer for convenient in-home laundry.

Monthly rent has included utility expenses: electricity, gas, water, garbage collection, and internet.

To help manage energy use during the hot summer months, we kindly ask guests to use the A/C responsibly. Please turn off the A/C when leaving the house and keep doors and windows closed while it's running. Please note that there is a monthly utility cap of $400.
