With three bedrooms, a separate enclosed office, 2.5 bathrooms, and 2,300 sq. ft. of living space, Bayside Retreat is especially well suited for exec relocations, digital nomads or anyone looking for an exceptional extended stay in Seattle. A fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, central heating, and mini-split A/C make everyday life easy.

Bedrooms and bathrooms
The third-floor primary suite has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom and a spacious walk-in closet. On the first floor, two guest bedrooms offer a queen bed and a queen Murphy bed/cabinet, with a second full bathroom nearby. A powder room is located on the main living level.

Living and working
Comfortable gathering spaces give everyone room to unwind, while the enclosed office provides a dedicated place to work remotely. The home also includes Ethernet connectivity, a TV, a Google/Bose sound system, and an indoor fireplace.

Kitchen
The kitchen is stocked for everyday cooking, with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cookware, dishes, and silverware.

Outdoor space
Outside, enjoy a private yard, covered deck, smaller back deck, outdoor furniture, fire pit, and hot tub in the front yard.

Occupancy
The home accommodates up to 6 guests. The minimum stay is 30 days; stays of 60 days or longer are preferred.

Parking
One dedicated parking spot is available directly in front of the garage at the end of Ferdinand St. The driveway is shared with neighbors, so please keep access clear.
