Enjoy the kitchen equipped with all the tools you need to prepare a fantastic meal for the family, or order-in from the numerous restaurant options nearby! Right outside the kitchen is a dining room with an 8 person table perfect for bringing the whole family together over dinner.

In the living room, enjoy the comfy sofa and watch a movie on the 65'' smart TV.

There is central heat and air conditioning along with a washer and dryer for your convenience as well.

The entire main house and back yard with the spa and fire pit are yours to use and enjoy during your stay. There is ample parking for 2 vehicles, if you have more than 2 vehicles, this is possible, but you must contact owner for parking instructions.

The monthly price is for a longer lease duration (3+ months), for a shorter duration it's possible the price will be higher.

There is a utility and additional amenities fee of $400/mo for: electricity, water, sewer, weekly curbside trash pick up, weekly spa maintenance, landscaping maintenance and high speed WiFi. Income must be a minimum of 2x the rent, and the first month is always paid in full prior to move-in. If you would like regular house cleanings during your stay, those can be coordinated for you as well for a separate fee.
