This spacious five-bedroom home is fully equipped with everything you need for an unforgettable vacation with family or friends. With its unique layout, large bedrooms, backyard pool and hot tub, you can entertain guests and bond with your travel companions. Plus, you'll be just a step away from Downtown's restaurants, bars, and attractions.

- Pet-Friendly: House-trained pets are welcome with a $120 fee per pet. Register your pets and clean up after them, especially in the backyard.
- No Parties/Large Gatherings: Only registered guests are allowed. Contact us if you have queries or need clarification before booking.
- Additional Fees: From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 8+ guests.
- Entertainment: Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. We'll sign out of your accounts if you forget to do so.
- No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
- Pool and Hot Tub: Maintenance is scheduled twice a week. The pool is not heated.
- Landscaping: Is done once a week.
- Security Cameras: Two cameras are installed outside for security, none inside.
- House Rule Violations: Can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit.
- Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly. Contact us if you encounter bugs.
- Other: The fireplace is out of order. High-speed wifi is available; no cable.
