Down the hall from the living room, you'll find a traditional Richmond-style full bath with a newly refinished cast iron tub. Across the hall is a flex room with world map wallpaper! It's currently set up as an office but can easily be converted to a 3rd bedroom (yes, it has a closet). Further down the hall, awaits a quaint blue & white themed bedroom with a confortable white wrought iron style queen bed along with a closet, ceiling fan, dresser, nightstands and modern lamps to plug in your electronics. The master bedroom feels like you're in a historic home with the faux brick accent wall and wrought-iron style cozy queen bed, along with nightstands and 2-way lamps with USB ports. The recently renovated owner's suite bathroom has a large floor to ceiling tiled shower with a sliding glass door, teak bench and shampoo/soap shelves. Two large closets and tall dresser in the bathroom, along with a 3rd closet in the bedroom, give ample room for clothes, linens and storage. Laundry is a breeze with the Maytag washer & dryer (and a full size ironing board and iron, if needed). Step out onto the back deck to cook a meal on the gas grill while enjoying some fresh air and a meal around the wrought iron table with rocker chairs and a patio umbrella to shade you on sunny days. Watch your children and/or furry friend(s) run and play in the fully fenced-in yard. Driveway parking fits 3 cars. Included in your monthly stay are lawncare, pest control, Ring cameras, Yale keyless entry, monitored security system, utilities, and internet.
