- 2 parking passes available under map frame inside home.
- Failure to return passes will result in $50 replacement fee
-One garage door opener is provided for your use.
-The opener must be returned inside the townhome at the end of your stay.
-Failure to return the garage door opener will result in a $150 replacement fee
