Newly remodeled, furnished Boho style, California Bungalow just blocks from the Beach. Short term rental preferred or month-to-month, but open to longer, so please call to discuss your needs. Available 4/1/24, but may be able to accommodate a 3/15/24 move-in if desired. All utilities and internet are included with the rent. There is a large private front patio/deck, which includes table and chairs, umbrella, outdoor couch and firepit. This is a wonderful place to enjoy the great California weather and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Modern cascade multi-sliding door system and a Dutch front door, allow you to connect the inside and outside spaces seamlessly to allow the ocean breezes to flow throughout the house. Ductless A/C & Heating in the living room and bedroom. The kitchen has gorgeous quartz counter tops and center island, beautiful 6 burner gas stove w/pot filler, under counter microwave, refrigerator and wine fridge. Completely stocked with all the amenities of home! Inside full size washer and dryer. The bedroom includes a new King sized bed. Bathroom features a glass enclosed step in shower and towels. The living room has an electric free standing fireplace and a large wall mounted TV, that sits over the mantle. Natural light floods the living space, with an open beam ceiling and a skylight. Endless supply of hot water with a on-demand tankless water heater. There is also a back patio space too. The area is a fantastic location and just a couple of blocks (0.3 miles) to Redondo Beach Pier and the ocean, with a walk score of 92, getting around is easy. Redondo Beach is known for beautiful beaches, a lively downtown area, and close proximity to Los Angeles and the South Bay. The city is located right on the coast, so you can enjoy stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and has a vibrant downtown area, which is home to a variety of shops, restaurants, and bars. Redondo Beach also is host to many events and festivals that take place in the downtown area, throughout the year. Other popular outdoor activities in the area include beach volleyball, hiking, biking, fishing, sailing, kayaking, scuba diving, paddle boarding and snorkeling.
