This guesthouse is completely detached and separate from the main house with a semi-private entrance and patio space. The property is enclosed and has a gate for complete privacy. The unit contains furnishings, cookware and utensil for an easy and seamless stay.

Bedroom:
- Full size bed frame, mattress, pillows, and blanket (throw pillows, and extra blanket are not included).

- Towels, and basic shower toiletries are provided and included.
- Waterfall shower and hand held shower console from Grohe and glass shower doors.

- In-unit washer and dryer, free of charge.

Kitchen:
- Brand new stainless steel appliances, including a full sized refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave.
- Basic dishware, pots and pans, and various cooking utensils are provided.
- Dishwashing soap, paper towels, trash bags, etc are included and will be replenished upon request.
- Plentiful cabinet space between the butcher block overhead shelf, lower kitchen cabinets and bar island table.
- Keurig, and toaster provided.
- Full height tile backsplash.

Entry gate to the property from the driveway has a keypad lock for access onto the property and the guesthouse entrance also has a keypad lock for access.

Guest will have full access to the whole guesthouse, and the semi-private patio space. Street parking is free and available, but please read the street signs for days for street cleaning. Hosts are not responsible for any guest's parking tickets.
