This light-filled 1,000 sq. ft. main-floor home features two true bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook, spacious living and dining areas, a dedicated workspace with a standing desk, A/C, new LG washer/dryer, and premium Saatva beds. French doors open to a private deck overlooking the garden, with additional courtyard seating for relaxing outdoors.

Located in Seattle's quiet Broadview neighborhood, we're just a 5-minute walk to transit and about 20 minutes to downtown.

You'll have the entire main-floor home to yourself. We live in a separate private residence on the lower level and value privacy—for both you and us. You'll enjoy your own independent space, with responsive hosts nearby if you need anything.
