INSURANCE CLAIMS REHOUSING WELCOMED! Month to Month, 6-month term, 12-month and 24 month terms are available. Rent includes trash, wifi, pool maintenance, and gardener. Tenant will be responsible for gas, water and electric. The home has solar so electric bill are low (the landlord will cover the solar cost but not any additional electric cost, if any). The home comes fully furnished, if the lease is long-term, we can arrange for furniture to be removed upon request. The driveways allow for roughly 6 cars to be parked on the property. Street parking is also available. There is an EV charger in the driveway. Home has a pool, hot tub, sauna, home gym, jetted tub in the master, a wine celler, bbq, outdoor furniture, and generator in case there is a loss of power.
