The space

This architectural modern gem, filled with natural lights was built in 2009 and features green certified large windows and hardwood floor throughout. This is an entertainer’s delight, with an oversized open floor plan and an abundance of outdoor space. There are porches and patios at all levels to enjoy your coffee in the morning and unwind in the evening with a wonderful city view roof top lounging area.

The ground level has a large garage and access to the outdoor garden inspired by a featured exhibition in the European world garden show. The pond next to the modern multilevel terraces have illuminated fountains. A private hot tub provides a calming area to enjoy the visual and auditory experiences of the garden.
