The space
Rest on the high end king beds, protected by the premium hypoallergenic mattress and pillow encasings to ensure good night sleep.

There are three bedrooms and a large sunroom. Each bedroom has a king bed and a desk, the sunroom has 2 king beds. The sunroom has curtains to block lights from the living area but no doors to block the access.
Guest access
We strictly do not allow additional guests. Please select another listing if you're planning to have friends over or have a party planned. We have other properties that do allow gatherings in addition to the nightly stay so you can still inquire with us.
Other things to note
• We take up to 2 non-shedding well-behaved adult dogs or cats that are house trained for a fee. Please confirm your pets meet our criteria before booking.

• This listing is for overnight stays of up to 11 adult guests. Please enter total guest count including children and pets. Any person beyond booked guests arriving anytime will be treated as an event rental add-on that the guest agrees to pay.

• After booking your stay, you will add guests in your travel group to the reservation. They will be able to join the Airbnb message thread. We only give out check-in instructions via Airbnb messages, so make sure your group is included on the reservation. Your travel group will also receive access to the Wi-Fi password and the property address.

• This home is strictly NO DRUGS and NO SMOKING! This includes the use of tobacco, cannabis, and e-cigarettes at both Inside and Outside of the home.

• If you are found violating rules, Airbnb will cancel your stay without a refund.

• Relevant Noise Ordinances must be followed. Violators will result in the immediate removal without refund and are responsible for fines issued by government authorities.

• Only toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. Wipes and other products, even the "flushable" kind, must be placed in the trash can provided. Plumbing costs may be charged if foreign objects are detected.

• Check-in is at 4 pm or later. Early check-ins after 1 pm or super early check-ins before 1 pm can be reserved, as available in advance for a fee.

• Check-out is at 11 am. A late check-out can be arranged at least 3 days before check-out and are subject to availability. The late check out fee will be charged per every hour past 11 am.
