Guest Access

Entire space plus building amenities are included in this rental (with the exception of 2 locked closets used for host items - one closet in the second floor master bedroom and one closet in the first floor living room).
You will be provided with a unique access code to our electronic door lock, so we are flexible with later check-ins.

We have external Ring and Blink cameras for your safety. Blink camera located outside of garage. Ring camera located outside of front entrance.

Please note: we will provide all replenishables upon check-in, (ie. shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels. coffee, condiments, etc) and clean linens. You are responsible for purchasing replenishables should you need more than is provided, and you are responsible for your own laundry. If you need house cleaning, we are happy to arrange that for you. Please note you will be responsible for paying cleaning costs.

For stays longer than 30 days, guests are required to sign rental agreement.
