Relax, Work, & Play in this newly-renovated home! You will be welcomed by four-car private driveway, lush landscaping, and large front porch. This spacious home offers a renovated kitchen and dining area with 2 living areas. The backyard has a UNIQUE 3 tired deck with a covered back patio. Located nearby Buckhead, Buford Hwy, and just a short drive to the attractions in Atlanta. Stay here in Chamblee instead of Atlanta to avoid paying Atlanta taxes!!

Walk in the front door to an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The kitchen is a full kitchen where you can make simple meals. We offer a Keurig coffee machine.

Two living rooms, have TVs. Additionally, two bedrooms are equipped with a TV.

There is a separate space with a desk and a fantastic office chair. On the right side of the house you will find first three bedrooms and on the other side of the house is the fourth bedroom.

In the back of the house is a large family room next to the largest laundry room you have ever seen! It has a gym floor so it is great if you want to do some yoga. Head outside and enjoy the covered seating area. Further on outside is more deck for getting some sun or taking the dog out. We offer board games, a pack n play, a high chair, and children's books!

All bedrooms have Queen beds. Two of the bedrooms have an attached full or half bathroom while two bedrooms share a hallway bathroom.

This home is strictly ----No Smoking---- and if the smoking detection system is triggered you will incur a $200 extra cleaning fee to be allowed to continue your stay. We do not want any smoking of any kind in the home. If a non-smoking house will pose an inconvenience, please do not book this home.

This is not a place for a party. We are set-up for residential use. Fines from the city related to noise or the number of guests will be passed along to you.

This home is in a heavily wooded area. We do quarterly pest control but you will see bugs. Feel free to request pest control during your stay!

Cleaning fee is $250. Pet fee is $250 per stay. Tenant pays Power, Gas, Water, Sewer.
