Other things to note
Policies and Additional Charges

★ Excessive Cleaning Fees: Start at $100.00 for cases involving removal of bodily fluids, needles, or any major mess.
★ Excessive Trash Charges: $35.00 for significant amounts of trash. Guests staying 5 or more days must call for mid-week trash pickup to avoid this fee.
★ Hot Tub Cleaning Fees: Charges start at $65.00 for excessive cleaning (e.g., bubbles, dirt, bodily fluids, or vomit) due to the need to drain, refill, and sanitize.
★ Mid-Stay Hot Tub Cleaning: $45.00, available upon guest request. Hot tubs are thoroughly cleaned before every stay.
★ WiFi: While we provide reliable satellite WiFi, it’s not as fast as cable internet. Streaming on multiple TVs at once may cause spotty connections. However, we do offer cable with paid channels for uninterrupted entertainment.
★ Driveway: The cabin is accessed via a steep gravel driveway. 4WD is highly recommended, especially during wet, snowy, or icy conditions. 2WD vehicles may have difficulty. Please plan your trip accordingly.
★ Arriving After Dark: Finding the cabin is easier in daylight. We have signs along the way, but we strongly recommend arriving before nightfall for a smoother experience.
★ Wildlife: The property is located in nature, and bears or other animals may visit. Use bear-safe trash cans and avoid leaving food or garbage outdoors. Clean up spills promptly to avoid attracting insects.
★ Well water: The property uses natural well water, which may carry a sulfur smell. We have a water softener system that should prevent it, but after a rain, guests may smell a bit of the sulfur. We can provide some bottled water upon request; or feel free to bring in your own bottled water.
★ Fire Safety: Outdoor fires and fireworks are strictly prohibited for safety reason.
