City Retreat

Southern Sunshine provides extended stay temporary housing that is designed for the comfort for the whole family. Our goal is to minimize stress and maximize comfort. Furnished, stocked, decorated and professionally cleaned monthly (included in rent along with utilities). Each bedroom has Roku TV/DVD, seating, comfy bed, double closet storage, blackout shades, high-quality cotton bedding, fan, full-length mirror, desk. Bathrooms are stocked with essentials, cotton towels, cloths. Fully equipped kitchen with large and small appliances (coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, air fryer, blender, mixer, crock pot, rice maker).
Kitchen has breakfast island bar, open to dining room with has table that seats 8. Living room has large, leather sectional sofa that will hold the whole family, a DVD Library and a smart TV.
Home is located in a quiet, family neighborhood, conveniently close to parks, fitness centers, shopping, restaurants, Post Office, Starbucks, Walmart, and much more. Home is situated at the edge of the subdivision and surrounded by trees, often visited by deer early in the morning.
