The space
A cozy sofa and love seat await where you can kick back and relax or log into your favorite streaming accounts on the Smart TV.

With a dishwasher, pots, pans, cutting boards, utensils, oils and spices, the kitchen is well-equipped and has plenty of counter space for preparing your favorite meals.

Gather around the table or enjoy a cup of hot cocoa on the private back patio. The backyard is spacious offering plush greenery in the warmer months and lots of sunshine all year ‘round. The yard is fully fenced and private.

There are 3 bedrooms that each have a Queen sized bed where you’re sure to get a restful night’s sleep!

If you’re traveling for work or study, each bedroom has a computer desk and phone chargers, including wireless. We offer a drip coffee maker and an espresso maker for your morning or afternoon pick me up, along with other amenities to make you feel right at home. Welcome!

~We are strictly non-smoking inside the property. A $200 fine will be charged if any evidence of smoking is found inside.

~We do not allow pets at this property.

~ After booking your stay, you will add guests in your travel group to the reservation. They will be able to join the Airbnb message thread. We only give out check-in instructions via Airbnb messages, so make sure your group is included on the reservation. Your travel group will also receive access to the Wi-Fi password and the property address.

~This home was built in 1951 as a post war home. It’s located on one quarter of an acre with a large backyard and deck.

~We are located only two miles from Emory University and Medical Center as well as the Centers for Disease Control. The neighborhood is peaceful and walkable with friendly neighbors! Very convenient to grocery stores, shopping, interstate and public transportation.

~There are security cameras located on the exterior of the property.
