Have someone who can't use stairs? No worries, this is perfect for them! It has a private bathroom as well on this floor for them to use. This cozy queen-sized bed is ready and waiting for you to relax! Either catch a ride up the elevator or take the stairs to floor two. Here, you'll immediately see the laundry room and extra closet space. Off to the right and left are both a bedroom, with their own private bathrooms. To the right, you'll catch another cozy, luxury king-sized bedroom, but the real luxury is when you walk into the bathroom. With a jacuzzi style tub and walk-in tiled shower, you are are sure to find your relaxation here!  The other bedroom on this floor features another king-sized bed with a private attached bathroom. The decor peppered throughout the house will make you feel like you are in a teek-wood luxury beach setting, giving you carribean vacation vibes! This bedroom has a walk in closet and a walk-in shower for you to enjoy after the long day in the sun.  Onto floor three! Here is the living floor - the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen with extra luxury items such as a wine cooler. Gather around for a movie, a game, a meal - this is where the memories will be made. Everyone has ample seating across this floor. There is also a half bath attached to this floor for ease of using the restroom during the hubbub of activity. And finally, up the fun spiral staircase! The fourth floor is another little getaway - perfect for watching a football game, you can also catch sneak peeks of the ocean from this landing. There is a private balcony on this floor that you can enjoy that morning cup of coffee while you take in the Virginia Beach waves and everthing going on around you.  This home is in the middle of the action! You have access to the best dining, entertainment, and anything you could want in Virginia Beach.
