The home features 3 comfortable bedrooms, including a serene primary suite with a queen bed, and ensuite bathroom, another queen bed and a twin bed. Each room is thoughtfully designed with clean lines, cozy bedding, and ample natural light to make you feel right at home.

LIVING ROOM:

The open-concept living room is perfect for gathering, complete with a plush sectional and a large smart TV. High ceilings and oversized windows give it an airy, welcoming feel.

KITCHEN AND DINING:

The spacious kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and everything you need to cook a great meal. The dining area seats 6 comfortably and flows seamlessly from the kitchen, making it great for entertaining.

OUTDOORS:

Step outside to a private backyard designed for relaxation and connection. Whether you're starting your morning with a stretch under the palms or winding down with a glass of wine at sunset, the outdoor space offers a peaceful setting to enjoy Oceanside's beautiful weather. Failure to comply with the house rules below may incur additional charges including cleaning fees of $300 and may result in immediate eviction.

⚠️ Parties/Events: To maintain the tranquility of our neighborhood, parties or events are not permitted. The home enforces a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all its residents. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the home, disrespect the home, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $500.

⏰ Regarding early check-ins or late check-outs, please be mindful of the $50 rush cleaning fee, designed to accommodate your request, contingent upon staff availability. To ensure consideration, kindly submit your requests at least 24 hours in advance.

🔕 Quiet Hours: Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please be mindful of noise levels during this time. Noise complaints could lead to cancellation and eviction.

🧍‍♂️🧍‍♀️ Occupancy: The property accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. The number of people on the property must not exceed the confirmed guests on your reservation. This policy is in place for your safety and insurance purposes. Any people more than this, will be charged $65 per any extra guest per night past 6, AND any undeclared guest in the reservation. Also these people will automatically be vacated for trespassing, and they will be forced to leave.

🚗 Parking: When parking in the off-street parking spot, please pull up all the way to not block access to the sidewalk. Please note that we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or penalties incurred while vehicles are on the premises.

🚭 Smoking: Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited inside the house. Any violations will result in a $500 charge.

🛠️ Damages: Any damages to the property will be charged to the guest.

🐶 Pets: We happily welcome up to two dogs at our home with prior approval and an added pet fee of $10 per pet per night. If you're bringing a pet, please remember to clean up after them. While we love pets, we recommend taking them with you on outings—there are many dog-friendly activities to explore. If you need to leave them alone, please ensure they are crated for their safety and comfort.

To ensure the comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask that pets refrain from sleeping on the beds or couches, especially considering future guests who may have allergies. There will be an additional pet cleaning fee of $300 for any excessive fur or mess.

🔐 Security: If we have to dispatch security for any reason to the home, there will be a $200 charge that will be charged to the guest. If security is dispatched multiple times then this will be grounds to terminate your reservation along with an additional $100 per time security has to be dispatched after the initial $200 fee.

🧹 Cleaning: Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (e.g. someone who cleans up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in the washer, leaves the place as they found it, etc.). This is NOT a hotel. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $300.

🗑️ Trash: Please place all trash in trash bags, seal them, and dispose them properly.

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $2,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $42 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $3/day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional.
