Whether you need it for one month, or for 10, the Collins StayAwhile is a beautiful, quiet retreat to settle in for the amount of time you need.

We love working directly with people and families, but we're also comfortable working with relocation specialists. We offer lease extensions with a 30-day notice, and we provide a truly all-inclusive rental home with utilities, lawn care, snow removal and internet provided.

*CENTRAL LOCATION: In a safe, serene neighborhood near Collins Park and Washburn Park, the Collins StayAwhile is only a five-minute drive to the two major hospitals, the State Capitol and Washburn University. The house is so close to amenities and downtown but is also tucked away on this low traffic street. For other shopping needs, Wanamaker Road is a seven-minute drive. Blackbird Espresso Bar and Bistro, our favorite coffee spot, is only three minutes away!

*OTHER DETAILS: Monthly rent rate can differ depending on lease terms, which are flexible and negotiable. We complete background/credit checks (soft pull) through a third-party company ($35). Alternatives to the background/credit check can potentially be arranged. Other fees include a $500 security deposit (refundable), $300 cleaning fee and $50/month pet rent per pet.
