This home is a single story 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home including a bathtub for kids. The first bedroom has a king sized bed with warm linens. The large mirrored closet can easily hold a couple's wardrobe or be used for storage.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Wash off in the stand up shower and freshen up in front of the single vanity. Allow your inner kid to draw on the large closet chalk board while hanging out at home!

The third bedroom is designed for a more youthful pair with full sized bunk beds and open space for playing + reading.

The living space has tall ceilings and includes a large sectional couch. Watch on the smart TV while also lounging on the giant bean bag chair. For any musically inclined guests, a recently tuned piano is also present.

Need to work? There is a dedicated office space for two! This includes 2 open desks with space for laptops or monitors, shelving, and drawers.

Like to cook? The large kitchen comes complete with full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and gas cooktop. The common area has a large dinner table which comfortably seats 6. Drink coffee and want a Keurig? Check. More of a tea drinker? There is a hot water boiler! Hate cooking and only use a microwave? Check. Do you love a good air fryer? There is a double! Want to bbq burgers outdoors? You got it! There is a gas BBQ outside.

Speaking of the outdoors -- just past the security gate, you are greeted with a lovely yard space. It is completely enclosed and a private space for just you and your family. Enjoy meals outside during warm evenings underneath the covered patio. A second covered space houses a gas fire pit which you are welcome to use. Roast marshmallows at night or play ball with your beloved pet. Or just sit under the patio early mornings and enjoy a cup of tea.

The home is located near major freeways, making travel possible to both Los Angeles and Orange County.

Parking is easy with 2 dedicated stacked parking spots in the driveway. Street parking is also first come for bigger groups. For those with an EV, a level 2 charger with Tesla adapter is also available at the home.

We understand guests consider their pets as part of the family. We welcome up to 2 pets. As mentioned, the outdoor space is completely private, enclosed, and without fencing gaps to ensure your pet will stay safe while you are away.
