The Concord Place is a beautifully modern and fully furnished apartment building that houses 24 (26 soon!) separate units. Located in a safe neighborhood of Peoria, Illinois, this place is less than ten minutes from OSF Hospital, Caterpillar, and downtown Peoria.
Each of the units has 1 bedroom with a queen-sized bed and 1 bathroom with tub shower. Complete with all furnishings, kitchen tools, and bed linens, you can relax and kick back while you enjoy your favorite streaming service on our large, 55" smart TV, connected to fast, reliable Wi-Fi. We also include the personal essentials you may need during your stay!
We have a private parking lot that is of no cost to our guests and main floor units available for more accessibility. Laundry is on the main floor and shared by our guests. The units get tons of natural lighting and great security features.
