This home is managed by BOSH Property Management. All of our properties are fully furnished and your rate does include all utilities (cap at $300/mth applies, overages billed at cost on a monthly basis), housewares, lawn care, and everything you need to feel at home.
BOSH Property Management has experience working with all of the major Insurance companies as well as most of the Temporary Housing providers. If you’ve been displaced due to an insurance claim, we are very familiar with the process and would be happy to work with these agencies to get you into the home as quickly and easily as possible.
Our minimum stay is 180 days and there is no maximum stay. However, if you have been displaced due to an insurance claim, we understand that plans may change, and we will be flexible with the length of your stay. In such cases, we are open to accommodate varying lengths of stay. To facilitate this, we request a 30-day advance notice from you. This time frame will enable us to effectively manage our availability calendar and make any necessary arrangements for our home.
