Our guests will have the access to entire unit:

- Gym

-Pool

-Jacuzzi

^will be shared with other residents amongst the community

Other things to note:

Please note that a photo ID of every individual occupving the unit will be requested once the reservation is confirmed.

Bookings with NO prior guest reviews, less than 7 five-star reviews, or no history of reservations require a $1000 security deposit.

The security deposit will be refunded after check-out, provided there are no damages or violations of the rental agreement

This is a very safe and quiet peaceful area of La Jolla, San Diego.

Please keep the noise down during quiet hours between 9 pm - 9 am.

We have 1 reserved parking spot for you. Also, all my units have a house rule of NO SHOES in the unit so don't hesitate to book our condo if cleanness is something that's a MUST for vou!!
