With restaurants, shopping, & more only around 15-20 min away. Shoals Creek Preserve is also just a 15 min drive away...great for hiking, biking, & horse riding with beautiful waterfalls & creeks or go play mini golf at Killen Time Mini Golf. The living room has a huge flat screen TV & the kitchen is fully stocked with all your necessary kitchen equipment, including a Keurig coffee maker. The bedrooms all have plenty of space with 2 king beds & 2 twin beds. The upstairs bedroom w/ one of the king beds is a HUGE space where you have additional sleeping room for more guests or kids. The back porch area is very peaceful to sit & relax while watching the beautiful scenic view & wildlife that come through while enjoying your morning coffee. *Please NO HUNTING! The front porch area is also very relaxing that includes a porch swing. IMPORTANT!- ***VEHICLES w/ BOATS (FISHERMAN, etc)- PLEASE *DO NOT PARK OR TURN AROUND IN THE GRASS!* Thank you kindly!
